The Marriott Bonvoy App needed a new introduction to Marriott Bonvoy members and non-members alike. Headlined by a fully-animated app video, a refreshed App Store presence and dynamic app landing page, we went to work creating a new visual language for the App and a full complement of marketing essentials. Here, everything maps back to the App being the hero, the thing that can “Put The World In The Palm of Your Hand.” The returns were overwhelmingly positive, with app downloads and app usage at an all-time high.
