For three years, I was the Creative Director on the Hilton Honors AOR account. I oversaw everything from naming app functionality and quarterly camapigns, to video work and larger branding initiatives. With so many layers of approval, it was always a grind and hard as hell to get actual good work out there. But, occasionally we prevailed. It was the hardest work I’ve ever done and easily the most satisfying.
